High ozone quartz tube

High ozone quartz tube is made from high purity quartz sand and can be used for high ozone lamp with more than 65% of the transmittance at 185nm. The OH of quartz tube will be controlled within 5ppm after it be annealed in vacuum furnace. According to customer requirements, the hydroxyl content can be customized within 10-20ppm, 20-40ppm,lower than 50ppm..
